Owen has alway responded to my calls promptly and efficiently. Initially he was quick to arrange a visit, and within a week of the call, I had received a comprehensive quote for the work.

Having decided to use his services, he came round again to undertake a survey, and produced plans and proposals very quickly. We exchanged ideas via e mail, and he incorporated these ideas into firm plans, even over the Christmas period. Within two weeks we were ready to submit a planning application. Owen is very knowledgeable, and experienced, which helped to guide us to the final solution. If you respond promptly to his queries and questions, then he responds accordingly.

All work so far has been produced in line with the initial quote. At the time of writing, we await the determination of our planning application.

Owen has produced the architectural plans for our extensions and submitted them for planning permission. He has provided a professional service, answering our questions and altering the plans as we have changed our minds on a few things. He has also advised on what is/isn't possible and suggested alternatives and improvements where appropriate. Very happy with his service and would recommend him.

Of Jago Bruford gave us an outstanding service when we approached him for a small extension to the side of our property.

We spoke about our specification, and he came back with finished plans, that we gave to the builder.
