Jade Alexandra Piercing

i went last year and have never received such bad service in my life. i’m shocked how everyone is okay with the overpriced service they provide. it was £120 for my nose and septum pierced, i didn’t realise until i payed the deposit as it wasn’t clearly sign posted that the jewellery was paid for separate, only on a very small tap at the bottom of their website. my septum was pierced 3 times and as it was wonky, despite it bleeding lots. for the 3rd time they asked if i was ready for the needle and i said no and they decided to pierce me anyway. i was 16 and didn’t feel confident to bring them up about this. i enquired personally on email about it and got told it was completely normal procedure, i thought for the price i paid i’d get professional service and someone who can easily pierce a septum. I’ve heard lots of stories of easy septum piercings for a fraction of the price (£30-£40). Despite that, the person was lovely but their piercing procedure disappointed me.

My piercing was lovely and it was very clean however when i tried to cancel my downsize which we had already payed for we were given no refund. I made sure to cancel within the cancellation period and sent a couple of emails to cancel and asked for the money back and a month later it has not been returned.

I decided at the beginning of the year I wanted a new piercing and decided that a double nipple piercing would be a good idea. Jade was so kind and lovely. She made me feel comfortable and told me everything she was doing as she did it. Could not recommend her enough. I'm going back soon to hopefully get the bars changed.

Absolutely amazing ! The girls were so friendly and the studio was in immaculately clean condition. Felt very safe in there and will definitely be using again. Highly recommend.

Had my lobes pierced today, was slightly nervous; Jade kept me calm and talked through everything she doing, must say I did not feel a thing it was a good experience, Jade is very professional and would highly recommend her.
