Amazing people
5Jackson Family Directors
5The client service was superb from start to finish the level of compassion and empathy shown was excellent, it made a very difficult time much easier.
I highly recommended them and thank them for the service.
Disappointed and upsetting
2I notified everyone of the date and time, and marked the event in my own way.
I expected a call from Matt the next day, but nothing.
A week and a half later I was wondering when my dad's ashes would arrive?
Matt explained at the beginning of the process that they call you to arrange delivery of the ashes, makeing sure you are home.
I had no call so when a Hermes parcel arrived, I had no idea what it was.
I opened it and I was shocked & upset to find dad's ashes in there.
I expected to have had a telephone call to warn me first.
Also the letter in the box from the crem said my dad was cremated on the 17th not the 14th, which makes me doubt that even a song was played!
I suspect my dad was dropped off and just left until they could fit him in.
So all the time I was marking this event it wasn't actually happening.
