Simply the best.

I had many problems trying to get my ears syringed. It seemed that no local company could fit me in in under several weeks and I was being quoted very high fees. I was then recommended to JA Medical. The only delay in seeing me was because I needed to put oil in my ears for approx. 3 days. I was seen on the fourth day at a time that suited me and was made very welcome and put at ease. The process was completed very thoroughly and my ears were double checked afterwards to make sure all the wax was removed. Nothing was too much trouble and Joanna Cox, the nurse manager, was very helpful and made every effort to ensure total customer satisfaction. All this, for a total cost of £55 for both ears, much cheaper than any of their rivals. I can now hear again! I wholeheartedly recommend JA and will only use them in the future.

Professional and experienced

Very professional and experienced nurses. Visited for chicken pox vaccinations as didn’t like the idea of pharmacist administering. The nurse was so good neither child noticed the injection had been given. No tears and happy parents. Thank you
