My recent visit to JW Gibbs Auto was a complete disaster. The customer service was abysmal, with disinterested staff providing vague and unhelpful responses to my concerns. The pricing was exorbitant, and the lack of transparency resulted in a significantly higher final bill than quoted. The questionable quality of repairs became evident when I experienced the same issues shortly after getting my car back, indicating a lack of expertise or shortcuts in their work.

The overall cleanliness and organization of the shop were also major concerns, with a dirty waiting area reflecting a lack of professionalism. My advice is to steer clear of JW Gibbs Auto—their lackluster service, questionable pricing, subpar repairs, and overall unprofessionalism make them a shop to avoid. Look elsewhere for your car repair needs to save yourself the headache.

Mitsubishi L200 DPF FILTER REPAIR.

Highly recommended, first time I have used these after major problems from another mechanic so this left me very warie. But I will be using these from now on, very good customer care and always go the extra mile. Prices very reasonable.
