Hard working excellent service

Joe stands apart as an engineer. His knowledge of peripheral trades makes him excel as a professional. Joe did a new boiler installation at our Care Home. His ethics and good communication skills commended by staff and residents. We had low water pressure to bathrooms which Joe sorted very happy staff and residents. At the time of new boiler installation we also had an inspection visit from the Regulator, we left the site at 03:00 hrs. That is commitment. Staff and residents are always happy to see Joe. He makes problems go away and is a joy to work with.
