We had 6 large windows refurbished and draughtproofed. The work was carried out efficiently and to the agreed timescales. The upper sashes on 3 windows proved to have had their weights and pulleys removed and the extra work to rectify that was carried out without a problem. The staff on site minimised the disruption in the house and left the rooms clean and tidy. We will certainly use JTP again for any similar work in future.

I did some research on the local providers and found JTP to be highly regarded. I spoke on the phone, after an email inquiry, explained my needs and sent them some rough dimensions for an estimate of cost. Then I visited them in Newton Abbot and spoke to their team as well looked over the shop and sample windows. The technical survey was done and a final quotation was delivered.

Fully 6 weeks earlier than quoted the windows were ready. The install went smoothly considering the old home we have and the many surprises that crop up when any work is done. The 2-man team was quick, professional, friendly and cleaned up beyond expectations.

In the end, the product is excellent, they matched the look of the old house delivering a sympathetic appearance with modern technology. I can unconditionally recommend the team at JTP on quality of product, professional work, ease of doing business and overall friendliness. If I have further needs, I will hire them again.
