Absolutely ridiculous! Flight cancelled in March still no refund from them! I have never seen such poor customer service.

I too booked via Love Holidays for Dubai in April, the holiday was cancelled in March due to COVID, emirates have advised that refund was not requested for my flights until 17th August!!!!! I now have to wait for emirates to refund to JTA to then refund to Love Holidays...I have started court action and a charge back...heres hoping!

I booked a holiday using Love holidays in December 2019 for September 2020 Last night tried to check my flights as previously done on AirMalta website but I couldn't access my flight info. This morning I spoke with LoveHolidays who informed me my London Gatwick flights were still going ahead but call Air Malta if I wanted - luckily I did call Air Malta. They said my flights from Gatwick were cancelled and customers and THIRD PARTIES SUCH AS JTA TRAVEL were informed over a month ago. OVER A MONTH AGO AND I FOUND OUT TODAY 8 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. My flights are now from Heathrow and had no problems with Air Malta transferring me to that flight. WHY DID JTA TRAVEL NOT INFORM ME OF THIS CHANGE. Can you imagine turning up at Gatwick to find NO FLIGHTS AND NO ONE HAS COMMUNICATED ANYTHING TO YOU. I have since had to buy new coach tickets as I cannot use my train tickets to Gatwick anymore and cannot get a refund on those. £33 extra and disappointed in service or should I say lack of it.

i was due to fly to Disney and my flight was cancelled the end of April. United Airlines have told me personally that they have refunded my flights to this company but LoveHolidays cannot pay my refund out as they are still waiting for it from JTA this was over 15 weeks ago

This company is an absolute disgrace, we are still waiting for flight refunds from april 19th and may 30th!!!, they need to refund Loveholidays so they can refund us!!!!, the airline pegasus have told me they refunded them weeks ago, so they are sitting on our hard saved cash, we are pensioners and I dont think they would treat their grandparents this way!!!!, keep well away from them, they have taken down their Facebook page and now only allow travel agents to contact them!!!, absolutely disgraceful behaviour
