Been having my nails done at Jspa for about a year. The service is always first class.
I was unfortunate enough to witness OksiR’s disgraceful behaviour towards Kelly. It was totally unfounded and her review is a complete fabrication of the truth! Kelly handled the situation like a true professional, even though it made my appointment half an hour late. Please ignore.

I’ve been having my nails done here for years and I love Jenni and her team. Takes really good care of my nails and always makes them look so much better. Would definitely recommend.

I had gel manicure done, the nail technician cut my skin twice, the bond was not applied before the base coat, the gel application was awful, cuticles were left dry. Three days later, gel started peeling off, two gel polish has completely come off. I called the salon and asked what they can do in this situation. They offered to come back saturday the 22nd to have my nails redone by the manager Jenni.On Friday the 21st they tried to contact me to confirm my appointment but I was at work and was unable to be on my phone. On Saturday morning I received a voicemail from Jenni telling me she cancelled my appointment because I did not answer my phone, which is outrageous! I turned up for my appointment anyway, but Jenni was doing someone else's nails at the time she was meant to do mine. I just asked her for a refund to which she refused all the whilst being rude and shouting at me telling me that she 'tried' to help me which she did not. Waste of £31 and my nails ruined! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I always feel welcomed and relaxed when I attend Jspa for my beauty treatments. I would highly recommend Kelly who I have been going to for over 7 years now. Kelly provides speedy and painless waxing and is fantastic at facials and massages and all your beauty needs! I even enjoy a cup of tea waiting for me upon arrival! Excellent service!
