J Small Painter & Decorator

It's with a heavy heart that I feel I must leave this second review about Jeff Small. Following my first experience I have been left with half a room decorated and owed money. Jeff simply vanished and couldn't be contacted for some time. In spite of being promised the money he had been over paid (he didn't return to finish the job) this still remains unpaid.

Great decorator, very tidy, conscientious, reliable and takes a lot of pride in his work. Very happy with what Jeff did and am looking forward to him returning and doing another couple of rooms.

Mr Small forgot to come round when he said he would. However he did phone and apologise and did come the next evening. Having been very positive regarding the wallpapering job I wanted done he said he would phone to give me a price and when he could do the job - I'm still waiting a week later!! Have had the job done now by someone more reliable.
