I called Mr Reeder to help fix a problem we had with an old multi-lock on a uPVC door. The door is over twenty years old and we had feared that we would have to replace the whole door. Fear not! Mr Reeder soon got the jammed locking dog free and then set about a very comprehensive examination of the bar to establish if he could obtain a direct replacement. This he was not able to find in his extensive catalogue (this man clearly knows all the right sources of information to support his work) and so he made a full list of the key dimensions and is going to see if a replacement is still manufactured. However, rather than leave us with dodgy fitting, he overhauled the bar and got it working like new, so even if he cannot get a matching replacement, we are not entirely reliant on a new door or (potentially) an unsightly adjustment to the existing door.

Had a broken lock and john managed to get to me the same day which was a great relief as I could go to work knowing the house was secure would highly recommend
