We only use the best quality materials from boilers to your sink wastes. There's no call out charge and we work on an hourly rate unless the job has been separately quoted for. James came yesterday to do the annual boiler service while he was here I asked him to
check three radiators that I thought might need replacing on checking he said no they
were fine but there was a faulty valve on one of them He didn’t have a valve on his van
but said he would get one and drop it by,which he promptly did on his way home plus
fitted it for me.I think James is very honest and I would definitely recommend him.

James, the engineer,turned up at the agreed date and time. He set to work and diagnosed that the best solution was the replacement of 2 faulty parts. Quickly, he aquired the original replacement parts locally and installed them. I was very reassured with his profesionalism completing this work. The faulty parts were left with me without asking, which is a good sign of his trust worthyness. The call out charges were very reasonably priced. I can thoroughly recommend JR Plumbing & Heating.

Efficient and Reliable

We are so delighted with the work from JR Plumbing once again and cannot believe how quickly and efficiently James works! He has fitted a new cooker for us which required installing gas as we wanted a gas hob and previously only had electricity. We are so happy to now have a gas hob which we didn't know if it would be possible/affordable to ever do, so we are grateful James and colleague could do the job so reasonably, quickly and smoothly. I would highly recommend his services.

I dislike finding tradespeople on Google, preferring to work on recommendation. However when my boiler needed relocating I had little choice - the plumber I have used and trusted for many years had just retired. From the moment I met James I was reassured - he was knowledgeable, helpful and offered alternative solutions for what I was trying to achieve with necessary pros and cons. Due to the competitive quote, in addition to the professional approach, I asked James to do the job. The work was done within the agreed timescale and I was amazed at how neat it was and how little mess they made. I can thoroughly recommend JR PLumbing and Heating and would not hesitate to use them again.
