I am James, Director and owner of JR Plumbing & Heating Solutions Ltd. I am a fully qualified Heating Engineer who is gas safe registered. I have been running a successful Plumbing and Heating Business for over 10 years.
Myself and my Engineers day to day duties are carrying out boiler services, repairing and diagnosing boiler faults and specialising in boiler changes and system upgrades. We also undergo complete bathroom renovations to very high standards (see our gallery).
We have a very good understanding and knowledge of heating systems. We thoroughly enjoy working on heating systems and are passionate about quality workmanship. We are professional Engineers that are highly motivated to successfully carryout jobs to standards that set us apart from others. Our Engineers always ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied.
I have always enjoyed the customer service side of being a Heating Engineer. I enjoy dealing with people, ensuring we are meeting their demands. 5They surveyed all of the jobs to be done, they explained what they would do and indicated where there might be issues and what they might have to do and the timeframe if they encountered any problems. They were very thorough but not in any way slow. They used dustsheets to minimise any mess and cleaned up after themselves if it was required. They gave me regular updates on the work and explained what they had done after the jobs were completed. Luckily, I don't have much need for a plumber or heating engineer but I will have no hesitation in contacting JR Plumbing if I have any need in the future!
