JP Metal Treatments provide 'hot' chemical blacking services for large and small items up to 11ft in length (3352mm). We provide hot blacking services for mild steel, stainless steel and iron. Hot blacking is considered an infinitely superior finish to cold blacking as it is a surface conversion and not a coating, and as such there is no dimensional change to the components being processed We offer zinc phosphating on small and medium sized components up to 5 ft in length (1524mm). We also offer cleaning, degreasing and derusting service. Located in Walsall in the heart of the country, very close to motorway links.
All finishes are completed by us, in house, and not "farmed" out to other suppliers
Please note we do not and will not offer cold blacking services.
