Prompt friendly service at a reasonable price. James only replaced what was needed rather than charging us more than necessary. Would recommend him & will use him again

Had my keys stolen, so not a severe emergency but Jame still got there within a few hours and sorted out the main key. Sorted the less important key the next day.

Replacement of door handle and cylinder

James fixed my ( 20 years plus ) door handle with efficiency and expertise. Because the cylinder was an unusual size James returned until he was happy with the fitting , also ringing before hand previously to calling. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
