Appalling lack of courtesy

I was looking for a local competent person or company advertised on Yell to carry out some fencing work. I took the number of this chap advertised on here and it is honestly a shot in the dark as I had nobody recommended to me. He came to the house and showed him what was needed doing. We shared a little banter and he said he would text me the price. Never heard anything back from him. So if you are reading this then this then be forewarned that you could have consequences as he showed no courtesy whether he wanted to do it or not. In my book he showed total disregard for a potential customer.
