We at J.O.B house clearance are based in Hastings East Sussex.

We offer a range of clearance services, so for instance if you have a relative who has passed away or has had to go into home we can come in have a look at what needs clearing and take it from there , obviously every job is different so one property may not really have anything that has a resale value we would charge to clear a property like that, quite often it is a mix of some saleable and some not so saleable we can normally come to an arrangement where we deduct anything of value off the price of the clearance , or do the job on a 'even stevens' basis where no money changes hands either way.

Other properties we can buy the contents if it is all saleable with nothing that needs disposing of.

On a personal note as a collector of vinyl records we would be happy to buy or give advice if you have any records that you might have for sale .
