I recently used this company to help me buy a house. I was really nervous about the whole process, but John, the chartered surveyor who was assigned to my case, put me at ease right away. He was so knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. He also answered all of my questions patiently, even the ones that I'm sure he's heard a million times before. I felt so confident in his abilities that I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. I would definitely recommend John to anyone who is looking for a chartered surveyor.
