My initial contact with them was very good. Prompt attention and I received the estimate back within a couple of hours. I had agreed with them, that I could access a courtesy car, which was made duly available on the day. When I asked them how long the car was goiung to take to repair, they said around a week, but possibly sooner, as they were not very busy.
On the Friday after them having had the car a week, I rang them to find out if I was going to get the car back that day, as had been indicated. They told me that it was unlikely.
When I questioned this, they said that they had had other jobs in and around my car, so mine had been pushed back. There had been no mention of this by them to me during the week that they had my car.
I had to remonstrate very strongly with them, as I had made plans for the weekend, that included the use of my car and not the small courtesy car. Eventually, they put my car back together and delivered it back to me.

An overall outstanding service from J M Wadey - not just in terms of the quality of repair, but also in terms of the "human" aspect to their customer service. As a single middle-aged female, it is so unusual to be treated with respect that it comes as quite a shock but most definitely a welcome one! Thank you
