Came home from work to find pressure gauge low on boiler so it wasn’t working and no hot water either - on a really chilly day. Left a message for Jonathan and he called me back and calmly talked me through how to refill so that the boiler started working again - as I hadn’t a clue how to do it! Am now back to a nice warm home and shower thanks to Jonathan - what an absolute star. Would definitely recommend as the customer service is excellent.

Just such a polite, knowledgeable Worcester Bosch Engineer. John is a very clever boiler specialist who goes out of his way to help. He is time keeping is impactable. He is trustworthy and very honest. I wouldn't use anyone else.

This is the 2nd Time I've used Jonathan of J M Fowkes, we had issues with our very HOT water, I texted him on New Years Day not expecting a call until the 1st Day of working (4th Jan) but Jonathan called me straight back , he diagnosed the issue straight away and duly called on 4th to repair.
Jonathan was polite, aware of his duties as regards Covid-19 wearing a mask and keeping his distance, he also used dust sheets up the stairs and replaced a part fully explaining what he'd done.
I would recommend Jonathan without delay and his workmanship.

First time I had used J M Fowkes as I woke up to find my heating wasn't working only the hot water! Nightmare with a family of five! Jon was quick to respond to my call and came the same day he quickly identified the problem, he was able to locate the part which he went and got returning quickly to fix the fault. He was very tidy putting down dust sheets to protect the carpets and kept mess to a minimum! Great service will be using next time I have an issue. Competitive prices. Thanks
