This is the second time we have used JK Francis & Son. I can honestly say their knowledge, and expertise has made the progress of shipping cargo to the US on several occasions much less stressful. The quality of service is 2nd to none and Nigel goes above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough.

Very efficient, professional, and easy to work with. They are very friendly and personable. Goods were picked up, packed and delivered expeditiously. They know how to handle all the overseas shipping and taxes details to make it easy and as inexpensive as possible.

I needed to move a motorcycle from the UK to New Zealand and found JK Francis online, they were instant in replying to my request and real good value too, compared to the other quotes I had received.
I was prepared to box up the bike myself, but they insisted because of its length it would be too awkward to move from the place I was staying, so they came around in a huge van and took it to their premises at Kitts Green Birmingham. Later I received a call from them inviting me down to see them working to package up the motorcycle, so that I would be happy to see the care taken to box it up, this I took up and on arrival I was met up by Nigel and he showed me all I needed to see, and they were so helpful. Really if you need something big and bulky shipped halfway around the world it would be hard to beat these guys. The shipment arrived in New Zealand in the same condition it left.
