Leaking pipes fixed, great job!

Jamie came out within a day of messaging him and got straight to work troubleshooting what the problem causing a leak in my ceiling (which I’ve not been able to get fixed by anyone for months!)
We agreed a date to come back a few days later to fix the issues and within a few hours it was finished.
He did a great job and kept the area tidy too which is refreshing.

Would definitely use again

Outstanding service provided. Immediately responded to my phone call regarding bathroom area flooded due to snapped pipe/plug in the sink. Replaced necessary parts and fixed the problem. Extremely professional and friendly service. Would highly recommend.

Blocked toilet bank hol monday

Was having trouble with a blocked toilet bank holiday, J Jones was available within 90 minutes. I had already had the waste pipe off trying to sort it myself to with no luck, Jones turned up got to work and had the problem solved within 30 minutes and fitted my new toilet seat for no extra cost. Very professional, fast, and cost effective service. I had been given a quote that was more than double what Jones cost me and they couldn't come until the next day, would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
