Jo is one of the best, if not THE best computer technicians there is. He is so punctual (sometimes 5 or 10 minutes earlier) always clean and very precise. When he explains where I went wrong, he doesn't use language that is difficult. As a person with Cerebral Palsy and a profound hearing loss, this is very important and I understand his language very clearly. Jo has been to my house on many occasions and I have always found him to be very polite and doesn't waste time. Yes, I will use his services again and again. He is a very unique person, in more ways than one. I have got to know Jo quite well over the years he has been coming to my house that I regard him more as a friend. But when he is working, he will switch back to being the IT professional that he undoubtedly is.
