Our modern lifestyles and poor posture can lead to our muscles contracting, which impedes blood flow and leads to a build-up of toxins in them. As a result, we experience stiffness and pain in certain areas of the body. By using different massage techniques, I can help you improve circulation and bring nourishment and oxygen to the tissues, leaving you knot-free with less pain and increased flexibility. Along with the physical benefits, you will also be left with a feeling of calm and general well-being.

I’ve been a massage therapist for eight year and have been working in Henley-on-Thames for the last four years. I am now based in a lovely area of Berkshire, surrounded by the river and nature.

The massages I offer include deep tissue / sports massage, relaxing massage, pregnancy massage, reflexology and Indian head massage. The treatments can last from 30 minutes to 90 minutes and I’m happy to customize the massage to your wishes. If, for example, you book a deep tissue massage for an hour, this is usually from head to toe but if you would like me to focus on your back, just let me know.
