Professional and friendly service

I've been using James' cleaning services for over three years, and in that time, I've found both James and his team to be consistently professional and friendly. I have the same cleaner every week, and she does an exceptional job. On the rare occasions when my regular cleaner is on holiday, James has always arranged for a replacement who has maintained the same high standard of cleaning, even without direct supervision.

The only downside I've encountered is that the cleaners don't bring their own supplies, so I have to provide everything.

A straight forward company that has provided me with an amazing cleaner!

I contacted several cleaning companies, to see if they had availability in my area. Unlike most other companies J Foster Ltd Domestic Cleaners got straight back to me with a price and who they had available to clean for me.

Although I had never had a cleaner before I felt confident in this companies’ ability to deliver and my instincts where right. I have a lovely lady who cleans for me once a week. She is friendly, reliable and does an amazing job every time!

Fantastic company!

After using some of the bigger cleaning agencies and not being satified with thier service. I contacted James, who was very helpful and sent Angela to clean for me. She does a fantasic job every week and is always friendly and reliable. If you are looking for a personal local service, I would defently recomend them.

Disappointing

I’ve had cleaners for 10 years and keep a basically clean home - Only 2 of us live in our beautiful cottage. The first cleaner he matched us with spent THREE hours on my small kitchen leaving the rest of the house untouched, she came the next day, 3 more hours later & I had windowsills unpolished, bathroom floor barely touched with anything on the floor mopped around, dirty cups left lying and just generally a disatisfactory clean, I asked for replacement, the next cleaner did a better job, but said she would struggle to clean my 3 bed house in 3 hours if it wasn’t already tidy!! the next week she called in sick . James was polite/ professional & arranged cover - however this cleaner left my conservatory completely untouched - also left dirty cups where they were didn’t empty bins & generally just missed things that seemed obvious to me. All lovely ladies and maybe a difference in expectation but @ £13 an hour I expected to come home to a clean and tidy house .
