This company is excellent! I had an emergency with a tree and despite it was a late Friday afternoon, wet and windy, they came out and sorted out the problem very swiftly. I can't thank them enough for their time and support. In my opinion customer service is so important. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have just used J Firman Tree Services to remove 6 Conifers. The 2 guys turned up on time, and started work immediately, and got the job finished on very good time, and in an extremely hot day too. Very professional in there workmanship, and customer care. When they had finished they proceeded to clear an tidy the site, including my neighbors front garden. James is obviously very knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice regarding our options for tree cutting and supported us with the process of having our trees pollarded in a conservation area. The men who came and completed the work were friendly and helpful and they ensured that the area was cleared and left neat and tidy after they had finished.
