I used this company to deal with a drainage issue. They were 4 hours late and broke my toilet. when calling to speak to the manager Joe D, I was spoken to disgustingly and forced to pay even though toilet was still blocked and now broken. Ps half a star for answering the phone

I’ve used Jddrains for several years, Joe’s service just gets better and better. We had bathroom waste running down the back wall of two properties on a cold wet winter evening! Jddrains came out within the hour, cleared blockage, repaired pipe and cleared up. The invoice was such good value. Well done Joe and many thanks, you deserve success.

Thank you for sorting out my blocked drains. Spoke with Joe on the phone at lunchtime - lovely bloke! He sent Lee out to me within a few hours and they used their High Pressure Water Jet to clear my drains. Lee was absolutely lovely. Very professional and knowledgeable. Both guys have very extensive experience within the industry and it was lovely to be able to support a local company rather than choosing the expensive national companies. Would absolutely be my first choice if required again - these are the sort of guys you would want for any domestic, commercial or site jobs - great!
