I Bought a ring via a crystal shop local to me for my partners anniversary, took the ring into J D Brown as was recommended to use them as they are very reliable. 5 days later i had a call to say my ring was ready to collect. My partner went in to collect upon finding out the ring had been damaged and badly ruined with a solution being put on the crystal and then scratched by them trying to buff the stone back up, the band itself was not circular was more egg shaped and i had my fiance come into my work crying her heart out because the sales assistant had spoken to her awfully and even admitted it was there fault. She asked for a refund and also compensation for the ring as it is now worthless to which he responded defiantly not! I then rang the shop myself and the sales assistant would not let me speak and spoke over me and then had to go take time off work to go sort this myself. I would not use ever again, very rude and doesn't even resize himself uses Truscott Jewellers !

We would just like to thank the staff at JD Brown for doing an amzing job on mending our clock and getting it working.

The staff went an extra mile and kept us updated from day one.

We would also like to thank Dave for the time he gave us setting the clock up that is now working spot on time.
