Everyone that worked on our property was helpful and polite the work was carried out with a minimum of disruption and to a good standard. Jack was never to busy to answer any query even after the job was completed. We would certainly use them again for any future work.

I would highly recommend J Cunningham & son joinery Ltd and will be using them again myself for any future joinery needs. Fantastic level of work completed on my new extension by a professional and reliable workforce. Jack was always happy to answer any queries and even helped by giving us some ideas on how to improve the project.

He turned up 4 hours late. A door he had to remove to fit the floor wasn’t replaced correctly we can’t finish the floor with a threshold. Instead of planing the door he simply moved it up slightly without replacing the screws. Didn’t finish the floor behind the fridge worse still he didn’t mention it. The beading is split and coming off. The floor is very springy on entering the kitchen and will eventually break. Also gaps where the floor meets the kitchen units. Tried contacting and texting on a number of occasions. No response. Appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs. I will start a claim through small claims for the cost of putting this right.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Jack. He came when he said he would to review and quote for fitting us new doors. He came across well and gave us good advice. Jack definitely knows his stuff and his experience shows so we had no problem in asking him to do the work.

The installation today has been carried out to the highest quality we could have hoped for. Really pleased with the results and we look forward to Jack doing more work for us and our family and friends in the future. Many thanks Jack. Simon Jones
