Our toilet was blocked, I called JCS at 9am and the same day at 3pm everything was cleared and running. Could not have asked for better, prompt and efficient service and as the advert says they won’t drain the bank. Can recommend JCS to anyone with the utmost confidence 👍

I wrote a review earlier today saying that I had made four phone calls to arrange servicing of a sump pump which was installed by them two years ago. Each time I was promised they would call back and confirm my address. Communication was very poor. However, in spite of no call back and no address confirmation, someone turned up this morning to complete the service which was done thoroughly and efficiently. We are grateful the job was done and the work is to a good standard but would suggest that this company work on their customer communication skills. Don’t say you’ll call back and then not do so. It has been very frustrating and a waste of our time having to chase them.
Having said that, thank you for a good job today.
