John and his son helped trace a leak and install two new bathrooms. They helped me at every step of the way. Thoughtfully Interacting with a neighbor who was being affected by a leak coming from my flat. Connecting me to a specialist at a plumbing supply company who he corresponded with. This alone saved me so time an money! He never gave up looking for the leak and the installation was done carefully, with precision and finished perfectly. He is a diligent, honest professional you can rely on to be in your home.

Absolutely fantastic service, only rang at 9am this morning (Saturday) and our boiler is now back up and running by 3pm the same day even though the problem was not an easy fix.

Boiler wasn't working when we got up on Saturday morning, quick call to a couple of people with no reply. Got through to one who were going to charge us £120 to come out plus £120 per hour! Called this number and John's wife answered, gave me his mobile as he was out on a job. Answered straight away and said he would call in as we were on the way to his next job. Was here two hours and sorted it for far, far less than the others quoted. Absolute gentleman
