Wanted a not brilliantly gaming machine and this charlatan sold me an ex Shepperton Studios one which he said was perfectly adequate for what I required. Its even worse than my old one which was 10 years old. Didn't even take the previous owners profiles off of it. Managed to delete some of my files on transfer too. Went to another shop and he said how he charged me £500 for it is beyond a joke. Not even good enough for an 8 year old. Stalls all the time and sometimes takes 5 minutes to load a word document with only 14 characters in it. NEVER AGAIN

Worst experience ever

I will tell you my experience with this company. As a seller on ebay, they have bought from me a logic board for macbook. Few days later I received message that they can smell burning on LCD connector. I didn't even have to see that logic board to know what they have done wrong. They have connected burned LCD cable to Logic board and made a short circuit. After that all they requested was a return for a full refund. I received my Logic board with a burned LCD connector and also with physical damage. After all that I've also received bad feedback from them. That was my worst experience on ebay. With full consciousness I do NOT recommend this service company to anyone, as they have poor knowledge of basic repair and will most likely RUIN your device instead of fixing it!

Needed a new laptop quick for my business. They sold me a ex demo one at a great price, love it and so quick. Very good service and they moved my data over too at no extra cost. Very pleased give them a go

Network crash

Used for private work a few times, had a network virus/Trojan attack that was serious, JCC addressed all the infections and put in a security antivirus system very quick and professional again.. Thanks. Strongly recommended
