Absolute joke, avoid at all costs. Had him install a warmflow boiler. It's been nothing but trouble. Got a warmflow engineer out to take a look and it turns out it's not installed properly.

I felt compelled to write this review based on how unhelpful and unprofessional this person is. This guy should not be practicing; I warn anyone out there considering using this service to avoid him unless you want to be totally messed around. He was rude on the phone to me and let me down last minute despite me taking time off work to be in for when he was supposed to show up. Total letdown, went elsewhere and received the service I was after. I recommend you do the same.

Not a happy customer

Extended new chrome pipe work to radiator . After the job was completed I noticed he had left four small leaks, fortunately surface work , this took three return visits to finally repair his work.
Before he started he gave a quote, when the job was completed he then added 20 percent extra for collection of materials and charged for diamond drill bit, as he said he normally does not use them, then adds extra hourly rate, as he said the job took longer than quoted for. All these extra charges were added after he quoted and finished the job. If you decide to use him, check the work thoroughly and get a fixed price in writing . On a positive note , was always punctual and polite and removed his shoes.

Fantastic job

Jacob was excellent and very efficient. He was reliable and is a lovely lad who is great at his job. My washing machine was broken and he fixed it in a quick time, leaving the home clean and tidy. I would highly reccomend him.
