We have used Jack a few times for smaller plumbing jobs around the house so had no hesitation in asking him to do a complete en-suite renovation. We needed a plumber in a bit of a hurry and were directed to Jack Bristow and, thankfully, we landed on our feet! As I contacted him, he was preparing for a weekend away BUT he still took time to take my call, discuss the problem and have me send pictures of the issue so that when he came, he would have the required parts!
He squeezed us in at the end of a busy, for him, working day! Arriving bang on the arranged time, he introduced himself and got down to assessing and dealing with the problem. Replacing and removing all the old/damaged parts and checking/rechecking all was good in short order as well as giving us his personal guarantee should he need to return! The price of the work, given the parts involved, was MORE than fair! Professional, friendly, he is NOW our go to plumber and our recommended expert in that area! 5 star service!

Had a full boiler service done. Very impressed, Jack was through, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Unlike some we have had in the past, who literally spend 20 mins and say they have done the service! I would highly recommend this business and will be using him in the future for all my plumbing needs. Ten out of ten.
