Jack came out to fit a new tap , he squeezed the appointment in so that he could accommodate me which was massively appreciated and meant he was here into the evening.
He is a lovely young man , extremely clean and tidy worker with a great manner . Really happy with his service and would have no hesitation in recommending him

Jack repaired our leaking shower and made our shower room look like new, he puts 100% into his work, he also fitted us a new radiator which looks great, he’s also a very tidy person who cleans up properly after himself and he’s very polite, and cheerful, I would definitely recommend him to anyone, he will be coming back here to more work.

We had asked Jack to replace the broken tap in our utility room, and replace the tiny radiator with a more sleek and modern design.
Having reviewed the work required he promptly provided a very reasonable quote and even suggested suitable cost-effective options for us which he then ordered.

On the day, he arrived promptly and completed an excellent job, making minimal mess, and he filled the holes from the previous radiator brackets!

Jack came recommended via a Facebook post, I enquired about having a outside tap relocated and had a response within the hour. Jack said he'd would come and have a look and true to his word, Jack turned up on time absolutely no messing about.
Jack was able to give us options about the best solution, fully explained the process and the price.
Jack had to do additional work ( due to us having a shoddy work prior ) which he rectified and has enabled us to have a fully functioning outside tap for the first time in years.
It can be hard finding good, efficient tradespeople, especially when it's not a high cost job but I can honestly say that Jack took pride in the job, the work is extremely neat and tidy.
I can only highly recommend Jack and we will be certain that any future work we need doing Jack will be our go to tradesman.

Jack helped me with a big worry about my smart meter. It doesn’t work anymore and must be replaced. Jack replied to my email within half an hour! So kind. Thank you so much Jack for explaining what I need to do. Thank you for informing me of what type of smart meter I have. I didn’t have a clue. Your advice helped me to do some research and now I understand what is going on. So grateful.
