Inappropriate behaviour and broke my ring.

Don’t trust him with your personal and sentimental items. He broke my ring and then acted with contempt, the silver plating was also of poor calibre with many imperfections, he was offensively presumptuous and demonstrated no professionalism. I went in for the re-plating service, when I arrived to collect the ring (a day late) it was returned with a crack down the side and straight through the middle and fluff stuck in the claws he acted as if he had no idea the stone was broken and commented on how closely I was inspecting the ring. He did mention the stones sometimes break but after inspecting mine he assured me I wouldn’t have any problems (otherwise I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the process). A deeply disturbing experience
