First time I have used this garage found the staff to be both polite and professional with a simple explanation of steps needed for a major job.Kept updated with progress and price of parts etc.Pleased with the result very straightforward approach thank you.Will certainly use in the future for MOT etc.but not too soon I hope.

Rude customer service

Awful customer service. I came here because the prices were cheaper but I wouldve rather paid a little more and gone elsewhere now.
When going to pick up my car, after running through the invoice the man behind the counter then said abruptly "well are you going to pay me then or what" to which I very quickly and nervously handed over my credit card as I was totally shocked by his manor.
What a rude way to speak to a customer whos just paid hundreds of pounds.
Wont be going back.

I have recently been in to JB and I can say it is the best garage I have been to. The high level of service and work carried out was brilliant. Everyone was very friendly and the cost was good. Thanks again, would recommend to anyone.
