Excellent service for repairing my washing machine. First time he came out and checked where my washing machine was leaking from, parts had to ordered so it was a day later that he came to fix my machine, each time he rang me to let me know approximately what time he would arrive, the repair was very reasonable priced and also there wasn’t any call out charge.
The repairs are also guaranteed.
I would certainly recommend this company.

During our initial call, John was polite, reassuring & knowledgeable & with his expertise John suggested the fault could be due to one of two issues. He was also very considerate & understanding to our situation.
John arrived same day, calling ahead & immediately set upon the task in hand, 2 minutes later, diagnosis complete, tested & identified the faulty part, 10 minutes later, task complete, genuine part with warranty replaced, tested, reset & oven now working, price paid as quoted, very reasonable & no mess to clear up !!
Fantastic experience, highly recommended, no hesitation in calling John again if the need arises.

My washing machine fault was easy to repair - I'd never have spotted it though. John quickly found the fault, repaired it and then charged me the minimum call out fee. He could have spent an hour messing around, tucked me up and cost me an arm and leg. I would definitely recommend and use again. Good communication too. 👍

Cooker element broke the Friday before Christmas but not to worry, J B arrived 7/8 o/clock that night and fixed it!! Polite, quick and professional - disaster averted. This gentleman has fixed my washing machine, dishwasher and now the oven, he's an angel
