Excellent service

J&s attended a breakdown following call to the AA on Thursday evening. Arrived quickly and soon diagnosed the fault. They were able to order the part required and fitted me in on the Saturday morning which meant I was only off the road for one day. Excellent service and I would recommend them especially as I also got a cup of tea - thank you for your assistance.

Fantastic Service Levels

29/01/23 Had a problem with overheating and Tim from J&S attended and the level of service he provided was second to none. He spent about an hour working, investigating, (He was not going to be beaten) and succeeded in solving the probem. Guys like this are worth their weight in gold for companies, just could rate him high enough but I would give him 10 out of 10!!!
Wouldn't hesitate to use J & S Autos in future.

Kelly came to my rescue last Sunday and I was so happy to see her. I was travelling from London to visit a friend in Hosiptal and the car engine light came up just outside Northampton. I was relieved to Hear a women’s voice and felt reassured and she was so cool, calm and collective and toLd me not to worry as she would get me home. Fantastic experience, all was ok with the car and thank you very much. Would definitely recommend the recovery service ❤️
