5Joe was incredibly helpful when advising us about the type of carpet as well as the design for our stairs and landing, bringing us samples to look at and not rushing our decision.
Joe quoted a very reasonable price and we were able to book the fitting promptly after the consulations. It was completed in a couple of hours, Joe and his colleague were efficient and tidy and we are very pleased with the results.
We were left the off cuts to use in another room and Joe was also kind enough to source us a small additional piece of underlay that we needed elsewhere.
Honest, reliable and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
