We had a new boiler fitted by J and L Bradley Ltd and the whole process was smooth and fuss free from the initial quote through to the fitting itself. We were impressed by the competitive price and appreciated the advice given about including an extra expansion tank due to the size of our property.
The fitter did an excellent job and was really pleasant and helpful which is really appreciated when someone is working in your house. He left the area neat and clean, and took time to explain the new boiler and controls before he left.
My parents had a similarly positive experience when the company fitted their boiler earlier this year, and they recommended them to us. I would not hesitate to recommend either.

I received quotes from a number of individuals before getting in touch with J and L Bradley following a number of recommendations. Gavin cake and was very thorough explaining everything I needed to know about the boilers they supply and fit. Initial installation at the beginning of May had to be postponed due to the Covid Lockdown. The reopening of businesses then made it possible for my new boiler to be installed at the beginning of June. Social distancing meant I just had the one engineer, Colin, for the duration of the installation: both Colin and his installation were exceptional from start to finish and I am absolutely delighted with my new boiler and the service I received.
