Great work by these guys, efficient, good price for the work done, friendly and gave advice without being pushy. Definitely recommend them.

I called J&D roofing and property maintenance as my roof was in desperate need of repair, and was leaking badly during the night. I called them and they came out within half an hour to temporarily stop the leak and began work on the roof the following day. Work was done to a very high standard and my property was left clean and tidier than it was before they arrived. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for any roofing work, for the sheer quality, customer service and value for money

Needed my flat roof done. Contacted Josh and Dan from J&D roofing and property maintenance who came straight out and looked at the job. Both provided a high level of service with top quality work at a great value of money. They both were extremely polite. Absolutely no faults and will defiantly recommend and use again.

I would highly recommend this company based on the quality workmanship that has just been completed on my house. The front porch has been completely renewed with new felt , batons and tiles. The front and back facia boards, soffits and gutters have all been replaced with new white upvc which looks really outstanding. The bay window at the front of my house has had new scalloped edged lead flashing , which looks really decorative and has been done to a very high standard , I'm really pleased with how it looks . Josh , Dan and their team kept me informed at each stage of the work in progress. They were always very polite and respectful and they left the place nice and tidy at the end of each day . I feel very confident in recommending them to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future should I need their services.
