J A S Timber

If you're reading this and going to place an order over the phone/online don't bother. I used Jas Timber earlier in the year and was impressed with the service and products but my recent experience is probably the worst experience I've had with any business.

Placed order on the 13th July via email asking for a quote, no response so I phoned and phoned and phoned getting every excuse you can imagine as to why they (James) couldn't send me a quote. I was finally told on the 28th July that my order would be completed the following week by James. I phone up today (5th August) for an update only to be told that it's been booked in for the 31st August!!! Even though I've been waiting since the 13th July and it's just 2 door casings and a piece of timber. No phone call, no email, nothing.

I now have to try and get my money back so I can order the items elsewhere.

Great quality timber at a reasonable price - the lads are very helpful and delivered really quickly, despite being mowed under during the coronavirus lockdown. There are many items of furniture in my house that exist courtesy of JAS Timber!
