Avoid !

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! After reading the reviews I travelled a long way to use this shop......I really wish I hadn't. I first presented my phone for the repair of a broken screen. This was changed but that screen stopped working after a short while, but conveniently outside their 30 day warranty, so I paid again for another screen. The phone was still unusable. I was then told it was a sensor that couldn't be replaced. Then they had a change of mind and said the sensor could be replaced and this was supposedly done. I picked up the phone again last week and it is no different and is still unusable despite being told that it had been repaired and checked. I have been backwards and forwards to this shop and I am out of pocket £125 and still have a broken phone. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Dont understand the bad review customer had a screen done months ago and brought it back with a broken lcd again outside the warranty obviously they have dropped it again, not only had they broken the lcd this time but also the sensor on the phone was broken just to confirm it was misuse and nothing to do with us, but out of courtesy we fixed the sensor FREE OF CHARGE at our expense and the customer left happy with it all working fine. We have been here 13 years with 1000s of satisfied customers. Our aim is to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Unfortunately this customer keeps breaking there phone and wants to blame someone else.

This response is nothing less than I would expect from this outfit. I haven't damaged the phone in anyway, My credit card company investigated my claim with them and I have been refunded for the second charge made by the shop because the repair wasn't done properly.

Laptop Screen

After i put my foot thought my laptop, i looked online for a good shop to go to and saw this had brilliant reviews. So i took my laptop in to get fixed. They made me feel welcome and had it fixed next day as promised. i will certainly be back.

Stapleford phone repair

Really impressed, they fixed my broken iPhone 4s, I didn't loose any photos that were stored on there as well which was a great result, Thank you very much I will use you again I'm sure.
