We were really impressed by the service we received from ixsia. We contacted 8 builders in total and ixsia impressed us from start to finish after being messed around by multiple others. Leon came out to assess the work we wanted doing, he came when he said he would (unlike others) gave us good advice and was professional and followed up with a quote again within the timeframe stated. Nath the builder was again polite and professional and has completed the work to a really high standard within the time stated and cleaned up properly after. Leon was honest enough to point out that the job wasn't as big as initially expected and therefore would be cheaper than originally quoted. Wouldn't hesitate recommending and would definitely use them again for any further building work.

Leon and Ixsia Construction are a pleasure to work with. They offered up some great alternative ideas to help reduce the cost and complexity of our internal modernisation project. It was a really old building so we expected some issues along the way, but Leon provided good communication throughout the project and all work was completed on time and to a high standard.

After being messed about by one builder who was creating us unessary and lengthy delays, I called Ixsia and spoke to Leon on a Monday morning, he came to my house the same day and the structural wall/chimney breast I needed removed as part of my kitchen expansion and renovation was down by the end of the same week. From there on any tradesmen that I required were supplied to me promptly I.e. floor leveller, plasterer, labourers in general, all of which were co-ordinated by Leon. The communication from Leon and his team has been superb throughout and the advice and knowledge passed on to us via Leon throughout the project has also been invaluable. Essentially if you want a job done right then do not hesitate to use ixsia. They are fast, accurate and actually care about your project and needs. Overall I’ve had a fantastic experience with ixsia and can honestly say that all work by all trades has been carried to the highest possible level.
