Annexe / Extension

We are more than delighted with the annexe / extension Ivor built on the side of our house so my father could move in with us. He provided a very professional, competent service and made the process as stress-free as possible for us. He and Bob, his labourer, worked extremely hard to complete it by the tight deadline we had, for which we are very grateful. Ivor and his team are very friendly and easy to get along with. Nothing was ever too much trouble. His price was very competitive and reasonable and the standard of his work is excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend him and have already booked him to knock our kitchen and dining room through and fit a new kitchen in the new year and do our garden in the spring.

Driveway

Ivor and his team fitted a new drive with block paving and I'm over the moon with the results, it looks fantastic. Ivor and his team offer a very friendly and professional service and I will not hesitate to use Ivor again.,Ivor fitted a new driveway with brick paving and he did a fantastic job, we are over the moon with the work. Ivor and his team provide a very friendly and professional service from start to finish and I would not hesitate to use Ivor again. :-)

Elderly Parent

I employed Ivor Jones General Builder to carried out work at my elderly mothers home. Ivor met with myself and my mother outside of normal working hours and during this time and further visits with us my mother felt comfortable in his company. Ivor kept in regular contact with me about the progress of the work and did not carry out addition work outside of his quote without my consent.
I would highlight recommend Ivor to complete work for anyone else in a similar situation to myself.
