I required someone to install a new computer for my (elderly- although she would be cross if she saw that word!) Mother. This needed to be done quickly and with patience as my Ma's network connection was so slow you could make a cup of tea, drink it, and wash up between searches! Most companies in the area did not specify home computer installation- apart from ITM who offer a huge range of computer support. ITM were friendly and courteous from the start. They contacted my Mother when I asked them to, and carried out the installation the following day. ITM not only installed the new computer, downloaded virus software, transferred files, installed the printer etc- they made the network connection infinitely quicker! They also took time to make sure my Ma knew how to use the new operating system- all for one set price which was very reasonable. I am delighted, My Ma is delighted as she can now do her Christmas shopping/ contact friends and family over Christmas without overdosing on tea! Thank you. Highly recommended.
