We are impressed and delighted with the service from Darren at ITD secure from start to finish. He returned my call straight away, and soon came over to conduct a survey of our needs for a wireless house alarm. He provided a very reasonable cost indeed for installation, only advising on what we actually needed. He clearly prides himself on being fair to his customers and not overselling products we don't need. I had other estimates more than twice the price ITD quoted.
An appointment was made sooner than I expected for installation and was all done in under 3 hours.
A very neat job indeed with no mess. Upon conclusion he spent a great deal of time carefully setting the system on our phones and fully explaining it to us.

Excellent support from the initial contact, through to the delivery and install of the equipment. I had initially made contact to enquire what services and systems were available. I was given comprehensive advice and guidance on what would work best for my property. I agreed on the product that I believed would work best and and an appointment slot was booked for only a week later. The engineer that attended was excellent and very professional, fitting in the equipment with no issue at all. I was given a detailed explanation of how the equipment would work and other guidance on how to make my property safer.
At a time when many companies fail to deliver on what they promise, this really was an amazing service and I highly recommended to others.
