Italian Express

As loyal customers to this establishment, we had a big order, some of the food was cold, the macaroni cheese was watery and did not taste like it normally does and made a complaint as we are entitled to do, unexpectedly were granted a full refund back from Just Eat, only expecting compensation for items that were not up to standard. 24/4 put an order through Just Eat, hoping that it would be up to the normal standards. It was a very big order, but was cancelled by restaurant, we queried this and were told that because of the previous incident they would not serve us, and did not want our business anymore. The place clearly can't take criticism and are very rude when you express any concerns about your food. Businesses like this thrive on word of mouth and we would often sing their praises, but this will not be happening anymore. Want decent Italian go to a better Italian restaurant in Bedford, with nicer food, nicer owners and nicer service you WON'T get that here.

Excellent food , so reasonably priced , perfect lasagne and huge portion with free garlic bread, beef burritos are fab and children’s menus are huge portion with a drink for only £3.50 , my new favourite

The food was disgusting the Mac and cheese was from a cab with some cheese melted over it the chips was undercooked the person who dropped the food of was a rude may as well chucked the bag of food at me and was on his phone shouting at who ever it was he was on the phone to and he woke up children in the block of flats I live in I will never order from her again as it looks like they but there food from happy shopper as it tasted cheep and nasty I would not even feed to a dog but then again the dog would turn it down like I did do not order from here

Ordered delivery food from Italian Express Pizza. 3 piece chicen with chips. Cheapest cicken bits used ie drumsticks x2 and an escalope. Coating tasteless and burnt. Hardly any chips too. Not what was expecting!! WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN! They should stick to delivering pizzas which are very good. If you want good quality chicken and chips... stick to what you know, go to KFC
