Unreliable. I paid for a 3.5t which became unavailable on the day I needed it. They had no back up option and haven't refunded the money. Don't use!

Scam do not use!!

We were promised that this company knew how to transport horses outside of the UK . However it came apparent after booking and paying a £500 deposit that they had lied to us. After relentless chasing for our money back we still haven't received payment from this company.. this is two months after initially requesting a refund. This company has a horrific customer service and is very unprofessional. This was clearly a scam - Do not use!

Shocking customer service.
Horse was 12 hours late it arrived at 1am
Decided to ignore all calls and messages and also lied to us saying the horse was collected AM yet didn’t turn up till 1am
AVOID just a bunch of incompetent people who have no regard for yourself.

Very poor practice

Very poor customer service, absolutely no communication skills at all, I was told my horse had been collected several times during the day when it actually hadn’t, no acknowledgement or apology for turning up 7 hours late with my horse, avoid at all costs!
