Ipswich Floor Sanding has a well proven history in restoring and bringing old floors back to life. We use some of the latest and most efficient extraction sanding equipment available to ensure we create the absolute minimum dust. The floor finish products we use give our customers an almost endless choice of colours and sheen, All the finish products we use are both durable and friendly to the environment.

Floor Sanding Treatment

We are absolutely delighted with the result of our floor sanding which took place over 2 days. Our hall floor looks like new and we wish we had had it done sooner!

Colin was prompt, polite and effective throughout. Transformed our tatty floorboards into a beautiful looking floor. Minimal dust or inconvenience.

Has too much work to care about customer service

I only gave 1 star as it is not possible to give less, I am a tradesman Myself and have never experienced worse customer service, Colin started the job, failed to put a dust sheet up between the dining room which was being restored and the kitchen, the kitchen was covered in a film of dust which took 4 hours to clean, I pointed out that he should have put up a dust sheet, Colin initially denied that he had caused the issue, I sent him pictures and he offered to come and clean, I politely declined as my wife was upset, Colin said he felt awkward but still denied he had caused the issue even though the dust in the kitchen is clearly the same as in the work space, he then refused to continue the job and refunded my deposit leaving my whole project in disarray, I was never rude or threatening, Colin can’t take constructive criticism and made us feel like he was doing us a favour despite the near £1300 cost of a small dining room restoration, total lack of professionalism, disappointing.
